Delivery Policy

Welcome to our CABRAL PUBLISHING, where you will find all our variety of books, if you buy one of our books, keep the following instructions in mind.

1) Purchase of an EBOOK that is a digital book, at the end of the purchase you will get a link to download the book, that will be in a PDF document.

2)Purchase of an physical BOOK, when buying a physical book your data will have been registered, with the location of the place where you want your book to arrive, plus your personal information to be able to communicate with you in case there is something unforeseen in the shipment, but there is no unexpectedly, your book will be delivered within 3 days of receiving the order.

Refund Policy

In order for us to make a refund, take into account the following indications.

1) If I buy an EBOOK, it can only be reimbursed if the downloaded document is damaged, within a period of 15 days, since the purchase was made, in order to help you we need you to contact us either through our personal chat or by email, we need that you send us a letter of the problem that you had and also attach the PDF document that you acquired in the download of your book, once your complaint has been evaluated we will proceed to contact you and if the complaint is approved we will proceed to make the refund.

2)If I buy a physical book, it can only be reimbursed if the book arrived damaged at its place of shipment, within a period of 15 days, since the purchase was made, in order to help you we need you to contact us either through our chat personal or by email, we need you to send us a letter of the problem that you had and also attach photos of the book in the state that it arrived at your location, once your complaint has been evaluated we will proceed to contact you and if the complaint is approved we will proceed to make the refund.
